Who can become an Arrivio certified partner?
Arrivio certifies four partner profiles: equipment installers and technicians with check-in hardware experience, hostess and staffing agencies with trained multilingual teams, event agencies that want to resell or refer check-in operations, and venues that host events regularly. In every case the key criterion is the ability to meet a written SLA.
How does certification work?
Certification has three steps: apply online (about 3 minutes), an assessment of experience, capacity and coverage — with a hands-on evaluation for technicians and staffing agencies — and activation in the network for your zone. We respond to every application within 5 business days.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying and certification are free. We only certify partners we intend to work with.
How do partners earn with Arrivio?
Certified technicians and staffing agencies receive event assignments in their logistics zone, with rates agreed upfront. Event agencies and venues earn through referral fees or revenue share on events they bring to Arrivio.
