What Is Arrivio Ops? How Instant Check-in Quotes Work
Arrivio Ops is an instant quoting and delivery service for event check-in operations. It prices lanes, staff, hardware and logistics for a specific event in under 60 seconds, then delivers a book-ready operational plan backed by an SLA — without calls, without waiting for a human-prepared proposal.
The problem it solves
Running check-in for a professional event means coordinating three things that usually come from three different places: software to manage registration, hardware to scan or validate credentials, and people to run the lanes. Sourced separately, that means multiple quotes, multiple points of failure, and nobody clearly accountable if the line backs up on the day. It's also what pushes some organizers back toward legacy setups — printed lists, hand-written badges — that don't match how the rest of the event is positioned.
Arrivio Ops exists to remove that coordination burden: one quote, one accountable delivery, sized specifically for the event in question.
How it works: the 4-step wizard
- 1
Event Blueprint — event name, country/city (sets the logistics zone: domestic, intra-EU, or intercontinental), and whether an EMS is already in use.
- 2
Check-in & Badges — attendee count, expected peak percentage, arrival window, event dates (including setup day), desired SLA, and the identification method (no badge, QR code, or NFC smart badge) with any extra processing time it requires — everything that drives the lane count, with the count calculated live and adjustable by slider.
- 3
People — staffing is optional; the default is a remote-prepped model. Add an on-site setup day, technicians, or hosts/promoters with specific languages if needed.
- 4
Logistics & Contact — LTE backup connectivity, self-service kiosks, and full setup-day options.
At the end: a detailed price, a confidence score, and no requirement to hand over contact information — that's only needed if you want to request a discount or have the quote emailed.
